Lindsay Lohan was supposed to spend one day in jail. It actually amounted to her in a holding cell for 84 minutes, according to reports.
This little spoiled brat has a habit of running to rehab after she gets arrested, convincing the court to go easy on her because she is seeking help.
What her "entourage" is actually seeking is no jail time when they make her rehab pleas. When is the court going to get a clue?
These little girls are out to party, and the hell with everyone who gets in their way, and that includes the law. She will never straighten out this way, and the supposed adults in her life should know better and care more.

I agree with everything that you wrote about Lindsay Lohan. She must think she's pretty smart to use rehab all the time. But one of these days, her drunk driving stints are going to really hurt someone. And then it will be to late. Celebrities should not be treated any diffently than the rest of the population.
