DR. PHIL TO THE RESCUE !

There is no secret to human behavior. We can say what we want about intentions and outcomes, but the truth is we almost always get what we want or asked for.

In the case of poor Dr. Phil who was merely helping Britney at her families request and out of the goodness of his heart, he should know better. There is clearly a conflict of interest there, and he knows it. Even if his intentions were pure, his situation is way too high profile and he knows it.
